Focus :
The Technical High Schools (ITS) : ITS are structures made with the intent to reorganize the channel of non-university higher education.
These are schools with a strong technical concept: they constitute a curriculum at post-secondary (also known as “tertiary education”), parallel to the academic curricula that integrates education, training and work. The purpose is to train senior technicians in six strategic areas of technology for economic development and competitiveness, corresponding to the six areas of technological intervention plan “Industry 2015″: energy efficiency, sustainable mobility, new technologies in life, new technologies for the Made in Italy (mechanical systems, fashion, food, home, business services), innovative technologies for heritage and cultural activities, information and communication technologies.

With customers from various fields, including retail and consumer goods industry, logistics companies are trying to fold better services on the businesses needs in terms of delivery of goods blade.

In these conditions, new solutions are designed for customers to differentiate and give them the opportunity of personalized service, given the fact that the market is still developing, with international players who continue to come to Romania and logistics firms established locally that continue to invest in development operations nationwide.

New national service intervention in Romania called OTZ Assistance : With the market, both customers’ needs and the number of unexpected situations grow. Specialized in integrated logistics systems, OTZ worked earlier this year to implement a national service intervention, called OTZ Assistance, able to cope with surprise situations that may arise during the delivery process. The service will operate from May within the company’s warehouse in Europolis Park in Bucharest, following, that by the end of the year to be extended to other points in the country.

Chiar daca mediul economic inca se resimte dupa anii de criza, piata solutiilor logistice se remarca prin dinamism si efervescenta, principalii jucatori lansand noi servicii pentru a atrage clienti si, implicit, pentru a castiga cota de piata, in conditiile in care Romania este inca departe de Europa de Vest in cazul gradului de utilizare a acestor servicii.
Avand clienti din diferite domenii, inclusiv din retail si industria bunurilor de larg consum, firmele de logistica incearca sa isi plieze cat mai bine serviciile pe nevoile firmelor cliente, in materie de livrari de marfuri paletate.
In aceste conditii, noile solutii oferite clientilor au rolul de a face diferenta si de a le oferi posibilitatea de servicii si mai personalizate, avand in vedere ca piata este inca in formare, cu jucatori internationali care continua sa vina in Romania si firme de logistica stabilite pe plan local care continua sa investeasca in dezvoltarea operatiunilor la nivel national.
Odata cu piata cresc insa atat nevoile clientilor, cat si numarul situatiilor neasteptate. Specializata in sisteme integrate de logistica, OTZ a lucrat de la inceputul acestui an la implementarea unui serviciu national de interventie, denumit OTZ Assistance, capabil sa faca fata situatiilor surpriza care pot aparea de-a lungul procesului de livrare. Serviciul va fi functional incepand cu luna mai in cadrul depozitului companiei din Europolis Park din Bucuresti, urmand ca pana la sfarsitul anului sa fie extins si in alte puncte din tara.
„Nu de putine ori, in ultimii ani, am primit solicitari de genul: «Am ajuns la Kaufland cu marfa deplasata de pe paleti si nu ma descarca. Ma puteti ajuta?» sau «Am uitat sa lipim bulina cu promotia 5+1 gratis pe baxurile de apa minerala. Puteti descarca in depozitul dumneavoastra, sa lipiti bulinele si apoi sa livrati, in numele nostru?» In fata acestor situatii de urgenta a trebuit sa actionam rapid ca sa-i scoatem pe clienti din impas. De aici si pana la crearea unui instrument de lucru de sine statator, dedicat, cu o echipa de oameni pregatiti, nu a mai fost decat o simpla decizie de management
